Description

Une séance de 27 minutes en Interval Training qui panache un côté cardio avec un renforcement des abdominaux. Un échauffement calme à l'ergomètre aviron de 10 à 20 minutes en amont est le bienvenu.

A 27-minute session in Interval Training which mixes up a cardio side with a strengthening of the abdominals. A calm warm-up on the rowing machine 10 to 20 minutes upstream is welcome.
