Long ride in Clackmannanshire, Central Scotland, to the east of Alloa. This is a mixture of cycle paths, off road and on road. There are some good, extensive cycle paths in this area, which makes for a more relaxed ride around here, as the roads are quite busy with traffic. A couple of stiff climbs. A couple of the tracks appear to have been settled by travellers, which meant avoiding obstacles, goats, small children, road rollers etc. A varied and interesting ride.
