SP Montecatini - Montegemoli) 11 min. 5,9 km Sunny morning Selection of a large clockwise bike workout on a sunny morning in the southern part of Tuscany, west of Volterra. Starting just before a right turn to the Strada Provinciale di Micciano, in the direction of Micciano and the Trossa valley. After a short climb to 290 m. alt. all the way down to the valley of the Trossa, at 150 m. alt. End of the this third part of the workout just after crossing the Torrente Trossa. With distance- and altitude markers and some (geographical, historical or touristical) information about the area. Footage July 2022.
