The Katy Trail in Missouri is the longest developed rail-trail in the United States, stretching approximately 240 miles across the state. It's a popular destination for cyclists, walkers, equestrians, nature lovers, and history enthusiasts. The trail follows the former corridor of the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad (MKT or Katy).
