Lago di Santa Maria (or Lai da Sontga Maria) is an alpine reservoir (surface area is 1.77 km²) at Passo del Lucomagno (Lukmanier Pass).
The lake was born in 1968 following the construction of the dam. It is mostly located in the canton of Grisons and a small part is in the canton of Ticino. The dam wall moves about 8 cm per year due to water temperature and pressure
