I'm so happy to bring you another video that uses a Resistance Band while on the treadmill! The best part is...it's a full workout that we'll do together...the way I love to do things! I hope you enjoy it!

Please take your time and be safe...slow and steady is the key.

Speed Recommendation during Side Shuffles: 0.5mph to 2.0mph

Resistance Band Work: Incline 3.0%

Hill Work (Run or Walk): Max Incline: 10.0%

Again, please be safe and remember not to do anything that you aren't comfortable with!
