Description

BOTTOM Tier engine building fitness boosting recovery workout - Part of TEST WEEK
🚣 After a 4 minute warmup, row 5 x 7min with 1 minute rests at 20spm🚣‍♀️

Pace Guide = 2K+18-20 (so 18 to 20 seconds slower than your current 2000m average time)
Effort Guide = 5-6/10
Speech = Mostly comfortable

❗  This is a continuation of the prep week before the 2K test. So this is meant to just keep the gears turning and powerful without draining  you of energy. ❗
