First half of long ride taking a route from Penicuik to the Lantern Rouge Cafe in Gifford. More that half of the route is offroad on Cycle tracks and old railway routes, making it a pleasing traffic free ride. Although it was sunny during this ride, it was very cold, as there was a North East wind coming down from the Arctic.
