Description

Aim of the workout: Pacing on a climb. Starting at moderate intensity, slightly increasing with sprint in the end.

Workout plan:

- Warmup of 5 Minutes: from 50 to 60 % of your Max. Heart Rate

- Increasing resistance in 5 Minute intervalls

     - 5 Minutes @60% of your Max. Heart Rate

     - 5 Minutes @65% of your Max. Heart Rate

     - 5 Minutes @70% of your Max. Heart Rate

     - 5 Minutes @75% of your Max. Heart Rate

     - 5 Minutes @80% of your Max. Heart Rate

     - 8 Minutes @85% of your Max. Heart Rate

     - Last 2 Minutes @90% of your Max. Heart Rate out of the saddle!

- no Cooldown included, i recommend the video "Idyllic Evening Sun on quiet roads" to cooldown as long as you want and need it.
