Description

Une séance intense de 36 minutes en Interval Training qui panache du cardio avec un renforcement des abdominaux. La séance comprends un échauffement rapide de 3 minutes et un retour au calme de 3 minutes également. Un échauffement complémentaire à l'ergomètre aviron de 10 à 20 minutes en amont est le bienvenu.

An intense 36-minute Interval Training session that combines cardio with a strengthening of the abdominals. The session includes a quick 3-minute warm-up and a 3-minute cool-down as well. An additional warm-up with the rowing ergometer 10 to 20 minutes beforehand is welcome.
