When the water is calm you get this incredible mirror effect on the water and it looks like cutting through butter with little ripples branching out on the sides. There are many different experiences here with several winter bathers and fallen trees. The fallen trees was due to a winter storm. The storm did not break the trees but the amount of snow which melted a little making it very heavy. As a fun thing we paddled under these trees. Try to count under how many trees did we paddle under. Towards the end we have the classic icebreaking experience. The lakes that we visited were Järlaskön and Sicklasjön.
