345 Route des Cols, 38114 Allemont, France
D926, 73530 Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, France
The Col de la Croix-de-Fer is one of the biggest road cols in the French Alps connecting the Maurienne and Oisans valleys and reaching 2068 m altitude. The col was more than 20 times part of a Tour de France stage and categorised as HC (Hors Catégorie). A tough climb but you will be even more satisfied once you reached the top! Good luck and enjoy!!
