This is a very interesting training session. You first enjoy a steep downhill from the Barage d'Emoson (a very high-altitude artificial lake) to warm-up, then follows the climb to the Col des Montets, and finally again a pleasant downhill to Chamonix. Try to really give everything you have during the 8 km uphill!! Enjoy!!
