Une séance de 25 minutes en Interval Training qui panache renforcement des bras épaules et abdominaux. Un échauffement calme à l'ergomètre aviron de 10 à 20 minutes en amont est le bienvenu.

A 25-minute Interval Training session that strengthens the arms, shoulders and abdominal muscles. A calm warm-up with the rowing ergometer 10 to 20 minutes beforehand is welcome.
