Description

This session is recorded on the epic climb Col du Glandon in the Maurienne Valley. It's a three block intervall session, that focuses on your ability to go out of the saddle - an important skill as this is just the other position you can have on the bike. The rider in front is joining you in this session, so just simply go out of the saddle when he is doing it. First and third block are 1min-on 1min-off intervals while the block in-between takes 2mins with 1min recovery. Enjoy the session and let me know what you like to see in future!
