Katy Trail, Rhineland, MO 65069, USA
500 Walnut St, Hermann, MO 65041, USA
This is a ride eastbound across prairie, farmland and woodlands on the Katy Rail Trail in the State of Missouri.
This segment starts passing through Bluffton and ends at the McKittrick trailhead - just across the river from the historic German town of Hermann - completing my 4th day of bicycling the Katy Rail Trail.
The Katy Rail Trail is nearly 240 miles long and spans nearly the full width of Missouri. It is the longest continuous rail-trail in the United States, is in the Rail-Trail Hall of Fame, and is designated a Millennium Legacy Trail.
