The deschutes river trails around Bend, Oregon is amazing.
This part of the trail starts in the Old Mill district and heads upstream to Farewell Bend park before crossing over the river and heading back under the Cliffs before heading back through RiverBend park ti complete a loop. This was the first day of summer and you can see the many people out paddleboarding/tubing down river.
Video recorded at a fast walking pace but looks good at speed of a runner 6 - 8 mph)
