La salita di Selvino è una tra le più famose della provincia di Bergamo. E' la salita principale della Gran Fondo Felice Gimondi ed ha caratteristiche ideali per un passista. E' lunga 10 km con una pendenza media di poco inferiore al 6% e punte massime all' 8%. E' caratterizzata da 19 tornanti, ognuno dei quali riporta il nome di un famoso ciclista bergamasco: da Gimondi a Gotti, da Savoldelli a Baronchelli per questo motivo è conosciuta anche come "la salita dei campioni"
The climb of Selvino is one of the most famous in the province of Bergamo. It is the main climb of the Gran Fondo Felice Gimondi and has ideal characteristics for a passerby. It is 10 km long with an average gradient of just under 6% and maximum peaks of 8%. It is characterized by 19 hairpin bends, each of them with the name of a famous cyclist from Bergamo: from Gimondi to Gotti, from Savoldelli to Baronchelli for this reason it is also known as "the climb of the champions".
