I have another awesome workout for you that combines both running and walking! We'll be taking it to the hills...walking up hill and running downhill! I hope you enjoy this combo! As always you can cater this workout to your level.

Today's Workout consists of:

00:00 - Introduction

0:51 - 5 Minute Warm-Up

05:51 - Hill 1 (Incline 1 to 5 and down)

15:51 - Hill 2 (Incline 1 to 6 and down)

27:43 - Hill 3 (Incline 1 to 7 and down)

41:20 - Cool-Down/Stretching

Benefits of Incline: Using incline on a treadmill tones the muscles much faster, improves quads, hamstrings, glutes and also ankle strength.

It also tones muscles and burns calories 5 times quicker for faster fat loss. Thank you for working out with me!
