Part of a longer ride. This is the morning section from Musselburgh to Gifford. Initial part of the ride is through the edge of East Lothian, going through Cockenzie, Port Seton and Longniddry. Due to road diversions, this took a circuitous route before eventually finding rural East Lothian and some very quiet roads all the way to Lunch at Gifford in the Lanterne Rouge cafe, a cycling themed cafe, very popular with cyclists. See if you can spot the stoat running across in front of the bike about 1 hour (my time) into the ride.
