I hope this new video finds you doing great! Another hardcore walking video that will have you working! 

It's 3 sets of rolling hills...that will take you from Incline 1% to 12%! I hope you’re continuing to enjoy my workouts! Thank you so much to those that continue to support me. 

This workout will build your endurance, glutes, hamstrings, quads and more...a great total body workout!

I'm using 1-lb Tone-y Band Wrist Weights. Feel free to use weights that work for you and will not compromise your form (1-3 lbs or higher). If you have no weights use anything you have at home (cans, water bottles) or nothing at all!
