30 workouts, all 30 minutes long (+Warmup) - there's often a long outro on these too for you to cooldown and stretch if you want. That part's up to you! You don't need to do these as 30 straight days of workouts. Take a few rest days, dip in and out of the series, but hoefully you'll see the benefits from the variety in here. They'll all work towards helping you get Fitter, Faster and Stronger. I'm in the process of adding these, and unifying titles etc. So apologies that all 30 aren't up there quite yet, but hopefully there are enough for you to get going with.
