Starting from Arnoldstein the Alpe Adria cycle path shares the R3C: Tarvis Radweg. As we leave Arnoldstein, we cross the Gailitz river and continue through the Carinthian border towns of Maglern and Thörl. At Thörl, we cross over the border and into Italy, where the path moves away from the road and into mountainside woodland. After travelling through the town of Coccau, the trail then joins the ex-railway line route and enjoys some truly terrific mountain scenery. It is an absolutely joyous section of the trail as we travel along the dedicated cycle path, past the furnishings of the old railway line, past stations, gantries and bridges. Finally we arrive at our destination, the beautiful town of Tarvisio. Available on youtube in 4K UHD: https://youtu.be/sKeoEY2aM2M
