This is the full version of our complete scenic bike adventure through Norway’s Telemark region—a blend of historic canal locks, riverside roads, lush forest trails, and a few surprises (including a snake at 7:13!).

We begin in Lunde, pass through Hogga and Vrangfoss locks, glide by sculptures, visit Ulefoss, and wind our way through forest paths back to Lunde. It’s all here in one immersive, 60-minute virtual workout—perfect for a longer ride session or exploring the whole region in one go.
