Alps to Ocean Trail
This is a multi day event over 5 days. This rides starts at the foot of Lake Pukaki and follows a cycle trail to the Pukaki dam then down to Twizel. From Twizel you follow a sealed road up to the irrigation canals which you then follow round to Lake Ohau. Then it is back onto a cyle trail round the foot of Lake Ohau till you once again join a sealed road up to the Lake Ohau Lodge. From here you follow a bike trail to the Tarnbrae lookout which is the highest point on this track.
