The workout is 5 times 1 minute fast followed by 1 minute of walk recovery. The fast 1 minute AND the recovery are done at the maximum inclination on the treadmill (15% or whatever is the highest).
The workout starts with an 18 minute warm-up through scenic trails followed by the workout up the hill that leads to Thumb Butte in Prescott Arizona. The cool-down is a 10 minute downhill run back to the starting point.
