Beschrijving

In this session we improve our power by following a pyramid-shaped intensity profile while the hardest level will be one minute longer every pyramid. Make sure that you are propper warmed-up. The first step should feel quite easy - the hardest level should be harder than what you could hold for between 30-60 minutes.
