Welcome to the Argentine Puna ๐ฆ๐ท - we are at almost 3800m in the middle of the Andes in the northwest of Argentina๐ป. On this short but very special hike over the fascinating Salar de Pocitos, one of the gigantic salt lakes on this inhospitable and remote plateau of Argentina, try to imagine the extreme conditions: During our hike, we move all the time on pure salt that crunches almost like snow with every step ๐ง. When breathing, you hardly get any air due to the altitude and with a temperature difference of about 30 °C (day to night) and average wind speeds of almost 40 km/h, life here is certainly no bed of roses ๐ซ๐ฎ๐จ๐ก๏ธ๐ฌ๏ธ. On the hometrainer, however, you can enjoy nature and the view of the surrounding mountains, which are almost 5600m high, to the fullest!๐ฅพ๐ฆ๐ท๐ป
