Hey Kinomap Family! I'm so happy to bring you another Walking Workout!! ! A 30 Minute Walking Workout that takes place at Incline 1.0%!
I know right...this is the first time we remain flat throughout the entire workout! This workout is for all levels but it's especially for beginners, those who are recovering from an injury or sickness, etc. I hope you enjoy it!
During the workout we'll also incorporate some light upper body work using 1lb to 3lb weights.
I'm using 1-lb Tone-y Band Wrist Weights Feel free to use weights that work for you and will not compromise your form. You can use cans, water bottles, or no weights at all. I hope you’re continuing to enjoy my workouts!
