One key aspect of climbing all kinds of hills or mountains, which is often overlooked, is the ability of going out of the saddle whenever you like. This training sessions focuses on this skill with 3 intervals of 2 mins each. The text displayed in the video guides you. You can also just copy what the rider in front of you is doing.
