Austrian/Slovene/Croatian cycleway R2 (wiki in German; here more in English) follows the river Mur from its source in Austria to its confluence in river Drava/Drau in Croatia. Let's ride on R2 some 24 km downstream, between the Austrian towns of Leoben and Bruck an der Mur...

We start in the Leoben's western suburb Hinterberg and - heading eastwards - finish at the Bruck's main square - the Koloman Wallisch square. Predominantly a slight downhill, with a few harder uphills. (I had to make one short dismount, because I overheated at one of the uphills - the hot summer of 2023.)
