Increase your functional threshold with these 4 intervals of 3 mins (and 2 mins recovery). During the active phase try to sustain an effort that is above what you could hold for an hour (so just above your FTP). A proper warm up and cool down session is recommended, for example try our video L'Aperitif de La Foret Noir for that. Train well and have fun :-)
