I am a senior athlete based in northern Colorado, passionate about a wide range of outdoor activities. My primary focus is paddling - kayaking, canoeing, SUP, and packrafting - including long-distance endurance races such as the Texas Water Safari, WaterTribe Challenges, and the Missouri River 340. Biking is my second love, along with hiking and inline skating. A year ago, I embraced rowing with a Liteboat coastal shell and have been enjoying this new challenge.

I am a retired atmospheric scientist and an active, working photographer.

I love rails to trails biking. This playlist will include some Colorado trails, KATY trail in Missouri, Steamboat Trace in Nebraska and more. These trails are usually gravel and pretty flat, more remote trails may be rough and overgrown.
