Famara has a beautiful sandy beach. Great for surfing, swimming, walking and people watching. The village has plenty of cafes which sit besides the surf schools on the small main street. It’s about 10km from Club La Santa.
The run is a 5Km out and back. It was a windy day, and you will see the gusts blowing sand across the beach. The wind direction also explains why it takes me longer on the way out than the way back.
