Description
The complete back road ride from Lauder to Melrose in the Scottish Borders. The beginning of the ride takes in some off road riding coming into Lauder, then follows back roads all the way to Melrose, where I stopped for coffee and cake(edited out). The return journey to Lauder takes a different route to the outward journey. All stoppages and mis directions have been edited out and the GPS file has been edited accordingly in order to keep the elevation profile ( and your resistance) in sync with the video.
