Join other cyclists at Brands Hatch in south-east England, once home to the British F1 Grand Prix, for laps of the Indy Circuit. Perfect if you want to do an intervals session on your trainer. I used the event to do a low-cadence session as part of a triathlon training plan: 20min w/u, 3mins 60-65rpm, 2mins recovery, repeats x3, 10mins c/d.
