Bike. 27 km. Summer. Italy - Tuscany. Cecina Valley - San Dalmazio - Pomarance (Full Track). 60 mins. 26,9 km. Sunny. Clockwise bike workout on the sunny hills of Tuscany, Italy. In the southern part of the province of Pisa, near Volterra. Starting close to Pomarance, steep downhill to the lowest point at 87 m. Then heading west, in the valley of the Cecina river. After approx 6 km. starting to climb the hills (at max. 422 m.) north of the borgo of San Dalmazio. On a MTB trail very steep down to that borgo, and from thereon on the provincial roads to the city of Pomarance and back to the starting point. Fields, woods, hills and lots of sun. With markers every (few) kilometer(s) (and some information on the surroundings). Footage July 2022
