Blackness to Bo'ness
This is a delightful ride along the River Forth foreshore between Blackness and Bo'ness along a purpose-built cycle and pedestrian walkway. Most of the path is paved but there is a short section through some woods just outside Blackness that is over a gravel path. All of the ride is on the level.
