Meetjesland is a region in the northwest of the Belgian province of East Flanders. It is the rural region between the cities of Ghent and Bruges. In the north it borders the Dutch Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. In the north are numerous creeks, remnants of floods that ravaged the region from the 12th century. The region is completely flat and rural. In this video we cycle from Sint-Laureins to Watervliet. Enjoy it.
