Limerigg to Bathgate
The roads to the West of Limerigg are long, very straight and flat with not so very interesting scenery, however after a few kilometres, we turn East and follow the lengthy National Cycle Route 76 that runs alongside the main Edinburgh to Glasgow railway line. Whilst it was a gorgeous sunny day when I filmed this, much of it was filmed when heading East as the sun rises so you'll need your 😎. When I left home it was 0°c and it only rose to 5°c so there was still some icy patches around so I took it easy.
