Great training session again for this new week! Thank you! I must admit I lost my breath at the end of the +5.1% incline in the third (and last) run... then I had to quit running and just turning to the brisk walking pace to the end! Maybe I’ll try reducing my running speed from 9kph to 8.5 (or even 8) next time (tomorrow?).

Enjoyable trail through tall grass with lake views! Walking intervals seemed to be right around 6.4 kph/4mph, and running at about 8.5 kph/5.3mph almost matched the video (a tad slower, so the entire run took 35 minutes instead of 33). My treadmill went up to 6 on the last incline, so I fast-walked it and added a minute more of running on to that last run. Thanks again for these helpful videos!
