This video shows an area which is really nice for cycling, although not many cyclists know this: small roads, not much traffic, nice rolling hills, and never too hot. The ride goes steadily up for about 15 km (with an average slope of 2-3%), and has a nice 5 km downhill at the end to cool-down the muscles. Enjoy!!
