National Park Store Mosse (1/2)

Store Mosse National Park is located in Småland (Sweden) and is the largest bog south of Lapland with largely untouched raised bog areas. The two nature reserves Brokullen and Långö Mosse are directly connected to the national park. Overall, the protected area has a size of almost 8,000 hectares.Large bogs are the original natural species in southern Sweden. The peat layer of the raised bog has been growing for at least 8,000 years and consists mostly of plant parts. Sand dunes overgrown with forest form a system of islands and small hills in the open moor.

Lanni and Captain are cotton dogs (Coton de Tuléar). They like to go for walks and accompany us in all our activities. So also when we go biking and kayaking.
