I found this video very frustrating. I use the app on my exercise bike in order to get, and keep fit. However, my motivation each time the rider stopped or slow down considerably, plummeted. My subconscious would tell my legs to slow down, and so it was a real effort to keep my concentration and keep cycling. more than twice I was kept waiting at crossings for over a minute, feeling stupid peddling whilst the rider was stood still. once at a rail crossing for over 2 minutes. For anyone looking to have a serious workout do not be fooled by the medium difficulty for this ride. it is far too easy. and I do not recommend it.

I liked the video but i understand the frustration with the waiting :D I thought for myself: "Well, thats bad.... but now i can catch up a bit, haha". It it wasnt a bit deal for me ^^
