Night Time Commute

I got a new action camera for Christmas and these next few videos are more about me testing out the various settings than necessarily great Kinomap training videos.  I have faithfully used GoPro Hero action cameras for several years but after a number of failures where my GoPro would just stop recording I decided, losing me valuable footage,  I wanted to try something different. I'm still not convinced if I have been taken in by the hype or made the correct decision as yet but I purchased an Insta360 Ace Pro to replace it. 

I am still trying out various settings and configurations and I am not yet convinced it's the equivalent spec to the latest GoPro Hero 12. That said my GoPro would not have coped with filming this video! For one it would not have captured as much light and its stabilisation software would just not have worked in these conditions. I haven't seen many nighttime videos of Kinomap and I doubt if I will ever add another one - this was more about me just wanting to try it.  The camera copes quite well with the darkness but there are a few occasions where the stabilisation software drops out otherwise, it doesn't look too bad for cycling in the dark with just street lights!
