Beschreibung

From the Leoben's western suburb Hinterberg to the Bruck's main square - the Koloman Wallisch square. Slight downhill heading eastwards, with a few harder uphills.

Austrian/Slovene/Croatian cycleway R2 (wiki in German; here more in English) follows the river Mur from its source in Austria to its confluence in river Drava/Drau in Croatia. Let's ride on R2 some 24 km downstream, between the Austrian towns of Leoben and Bruck an der Mur. I had to make one short dismount, because I overheated at one of the uphills - the hot summer of 2023. In another video you can walk in the old part of 🚶 Bruck an der Mur.
