I recommend adding a cool down at the end of this workout.

This is the climb section on Old Mt Madonna Rd, which is initially paved but turns into dirt and is quite steep. Very famous climb in the South of the San Francisco Bay Area.

The downhill on the other side is very scenic with a great view of the Pacific ocean, but that is for another video. So stay tuned!
