A great interval training video with exceptional scenery and some music to keep going. After a 6-7 min warm-up you go through 7 intervals of 5 min during which you should put a power close to your FTP (= the maximum power you can sustain for 1 hour). In-between the intervals you have short recoveries of 1 minute. At the end there is a 6 min cool-down. Cadence and resistance values are not very important, as long as you do the intervals at high power. Enjoy!!
