Bright and sunny Sunday morning ride along the Forth and Clyde canal towpath in Central Scotland from Castlecary beside the M80 motorway to just after the Falkirk Wheel canal boat lift at Camelon, Falkirk. All on the flat but very busy with other walkers and cyclists.
