Description

[Road Information]

This route was developed by Takeda to mine gold. It goes through the Masutomi Radium Spring Village, then along a beautiful mountain stream.

It ends with the descent back to the start by enjoying the beautiful views!

[Training]

This is a shallow climb that is useful for an endurance ride. Keep your power below aerobic threshold(VT1) to maximize the benefit of this aerobic training.
